Kristie C. Jones has devoted most of her life to the rescue and rehabilitation of
abandoned, abused and unwanted dogs and horses. She lives with the characters
featured in her book, Stories from Black Dog Ranch" on a small farm in the green
rolling hills of Southeast Missouri. Her hope is that her stories will inspire more
people to adopt dogs like the ones here who also deserve a loving home and a second
chance.
